18–44 dia machines knitting any size and finish to perfection. Over 35,000 kg of fabric produced daily — roughly 25 kg every minute — using water-saving dye jets.

Dyeing

In-house dyeing with a capacity of 250,000 kg per month. An in-house dyed sewing thread division produces 5,000 cones daily, meeting stringent quality standards including colour fastness and chemical safety.

Printing

Water-based, discharge, puff, high-density, glitter and flock printing for designs up to 36 × 50 inches.
